Answers:
Do clicker registrations in ELMS carry over from term to term?
Yes, clickers registered in a previous term remain in Bb and can be used for the next term. They accompany the student's Directory ID, so that student will not need to re-register the ID for the new course.
Why won't my exported session data appear in the ELMS gradebook?
To successfully export data back into ELMS, the course must have an Assessment category in the gradebook. Go to the Gradebook for your ELMS course, click on Gradebook Settings > Manage Gradebook Categories, and add a new category titled "Assessment."
Why does my registered clicker not appear in the participant list?
If you accidentally substituted the letter "O" instead of zero "0" in your keypad ID number, your clicker will not be recognized. Please register it again.
Why is a keypad not
working?
The correct keypads may not be matched with the receiver (the earlier, dark gray 2006 receiver does not work with the XR clicker, which has the LCD display). Another possibility is the keypad’s batteries may be too low or
dead. Press a button on the keypad. The light on the RF keypad blinks
or does not light up if the batteries need to be replaced. New batteries can be purchased at the bookstore. Students can have their clicker tested at the OIT helpdesk.
When I register my clicker in ELMS, do I need to do it for all my classes that use clickers?
When student register their clickers at my.umd.edu, it globally populates all of their ELMS courses. They do not need to register for each BB class they have.
How do I make a report
